OM Ukraine Ministries :: Sport

The team in Ukraine uses adventure sports, floorball, rugby, and Ultimate (frisbee), among other sports, to minister to the local community in partnership with local churches. They focus on equipping and supporting the local church in reaching the unreached and discipling believers through sport. In 2006, women's sport ministry was started to reach young women - a group that has fewer opportunities for sport and recreation in this country.

Who do we need?

Sportspeople to help with children and youth programmes - sport teams and summer camps,
Coaches to lead teams and coaching seminars,
PR person to help promote activities in the world community, to help with fundraising, and to help with communicating the team's projects to the community.
